Bite-size competition "Kids Cook-Off" features eight children split into Team Rachael and Team Guy, to determine the best junior chef and bragging rights for one of the mentors. The hourlong episodes challenge the young contestants' culinary knowledge and skill. A panel of guests judge the prepared recipes, and the highest-scorer on each team wins a prize.
