Team USA leads the Presidents Cup with just singles matches remaining on the last day.
The Presidents Cup will come down to the final day today in Canada to decide a winner based on 12 singles matches. This has been a roller coaster of a tournament. Team USA started off with a clean sweep on the first day 5-0 and it looked like this tournament might not even make it to Sunday. However, Team International bounced back and did the improbable sweeping Team USA on day two to draw back even 5-5. Yesterday, in another round of foursomes, was the first time in this tournament where one team didn’t win all the games. Team USA came out with a great start as Scottie Scheffler and Russell Henley won the first match. International won the second with a strong showing from Taylor Pendrith and Adam Scott. Team USA won the final two matches with Collin Morikawa and Sam Burns taking down Corey Conners and Mackenzie Hughes while Patrick Cantlay and Xander Schauffele defeated S.W. Im and Tom Kim.
