The National Sports Centre is set to host the exciting mid-week meeting between Curaçao and Canada on Thursday in the 2025 Concacaf U-17 men’s qualifiers. The action at the competition continued with eight more matches on Tuesday in the ongoing fight for the eight Conacacaf berths at the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup. In Group A play, Curaçao was able to come away with a 2-0 finish over Turks and Caicos Islands at the National Sports Centre in Bermuda. Dayvi Busby was the one who opened the scoring in the 35th minute of the match, increasing his goal tally to three in the tournament. Then, Miglennjaydion Polonius extended the lead in the 79th minute with a strike inside the penalty area.

Meanwhile, Canada took on Anguilla in the other Group A match at the National Sports Centre in Devonshire Parish, Bermuda. William Daniels placed the Reds in the lead in just the ninth minute of the match to open the scoring.

Then, Aidan Evans extended the Canadian lead with goals in the 36th and 39th minutes. That was followed by a lovely finish from Aghilas Sadek, who struck off the volley in the 43rd minute to make it a four-goal lead at halftime.

In the second half, Marius Aiyenero collected his second of the campaign by finding the back of the net in the 65th minute.

Later, Sergei Kozlovskiy scored from long distance in the 68th to take a six-goal lead for Canada. Finally, John Selemani and Kevin Khan scored in the 83rd and 94th minutes respectively to secure the 8-0 victory for the Reds.
