However, with a bigger defeat, Panama holds the No. 1 spot in the group with a goal difference of eight goals better than that of Cuba heading into Wednesday.

Cuba took down Guyana in the first game of the group stage on Monday. After going almost the entire first half without a goal, Cuba put one in right before the break. Right after the break in the 56th minute, Guyana netted it even with a goal from Alexaudria Chasles. However, Guyana allowed a goal from Cuba just eight minutes later that proved to be the game-winning goal.
