The fourth round of the 2025 Wimbledon Championships features both of the top seeds in the singles draws. Jannik Sinner has rolled through the tournament in straight sets through the first three rounds. Since the first set of the first round, Sinner has lost 13 total games. He is now one win away from his seventh straight quarterfinal appearance in a Grand Slam event. In the women’s singles draw, Aryna Sabalenka faced her toughest challenge of the tournament to punch her ticket into the round of 16. She came from behind in both sets and navigated a crowd that was cheering on 2021 U.S. Open Champion and local Emma Raducanu.

Sabalenka will be challenged by 24th seed Elise Mertens in the round of 16. The 29-year-old veteran has not advanced past the fourth round in a major tournament since 2020. Mertens has never made it past the fourth round of the Wimbledon Championships.

In the women’s singles draw, seventh seed Mirra Andreeva and 13th seed Amanda Anisimova will both be in action to try and make the 2025 Wimbledon Championships quarterfinals.

For the men’s singles draw, second seed Carlos Alcaraz and fifth seed Taylor Fritz join Sinner as top seeds playing in the round of 16.
