Prior to that, heavyweights Matty Hill (0-1) and Lee Browne (1-4, 1 KO) face off. Hill lost his debut at BKFC 46 at Newcastle when he was stopped 1:44 into Round 1 by Dawid Oskar back on July 1, 2023. Since winning his pro debut, Browne has lost four straight fights, most recently when he was stopped 47 seconds into the fourth round by Rob Boardman at BKFC 64 in Coventry, United Kingdom, on Aug. 10.

There is also a middleweight bout pitting Danny Moir (1-0) against Kyle Redfearn, making his bare-knuckle boxing debut. Moir earned a split decision over John Ferguson at the BKFC Prospect Series event at Newcastle in June. Redfearn has an 8-9-0 MMA record and is 1-0 in conventional boxing, stopping Martin Oršuliak at 2:29 of the second round in Newcastle in his last bout, which was more than seven years ago in June 2017.

The night begins with welterweights Will Cairns (2-8, 1 KO) providing the opposition in the bare-knuckle debut of Oscar Smykiel. Cairns was a late replacement on the card after Luke Haigh withdrew from the event. Cairns retired at the end of the first round against Dan Gittens at BKB 38 in London on May 4.
