North Carolina has already pitched its three-man rotation of Jake Knapp, Jason DeCaro, and Aidan Haugh over the previous three games. It is likely that we will see Ryan Lynch start this game, but the bullpen will be in action early. This team is going to need to rely heavily on its batters throughout this game. The four that will need to step up the most are Hunter Stokely, Gavin Gallaher, Tyson Bass, and Luke Stevenson.

The Sooners opened the regional against Nebraska, the No. 3 seed in the group. They won that game 7-4 on the back of a win from Malachi Witherspoon. Drew Dickerson had a home run with two RBIs in the win. Moving to UNC on Saturday it lost, 11-5, with ace Kyson Witherspoon giving up six runs in the first inning.

Oklahoma moved to the losers bracket on Sunday morning and took down Nebraska 17-1 in dominant fashion, as Easton Carmichael hit two home runs with four RBIs. Sunday night, they matched up with UNC in an elimination game and upset the regional host 9-5. Tonight is do-or-die for both of these teams and their seasons.

Regional restrictions may apply.
