No. 2 Princeton hits the road to face Ivy League foe Penn in Philly on Saturday.

With the two Ivy League foe renewing their longtime rivalry at Franklin Field this weekend, No. 2 Princeton faces off against unranked Penn in Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon. The Tigers are riding a five-game winning streak into their fifth Ivy League contest of the season. Second-ranked Princeton is 9-2 overall with a 3-1 conference record and a 4-1 road record this season. Penn, on the other hand, has lost five-straight games to drop to 4-8 overall with a 1-4 conference record and a 3-3 home record. The Quakers are an even 3-3 at Franklin Field this season compared to just 1-5 on the road. Princeton has won three-straight games over Penn, including an 18-11 victory last season.

Most recently, Princeton extended its winning streak to five games with a 17-7 victory over Brown at Sherrerd Field last week. The win was payback for the Tigers after losing to Brown in Providence last season. Nate Kabiri led the Tigers offense with a stellar seven-point performance on four goals and three assists, while Colin Burns had a hat trick and three assists for a six-point day. 

As for Penn, the Quakers dropped their fifth-straight loss in a 13-6 defeat to No. 10 Harvard in Cambridge last week. Senior Ben Smith was the only Quaker to score multiple goals in the loss. Smith finished the game with a pair of goals while Casey Mulligan, Davis Provost, and Chris Patterson had a goal and an assist each.
