The 4th-ranked California men and No. 2-ranked Stanford women look to defend their Pac-12 titles on Sunday on Lake Natoma
The final Pac-12 men’s and women’s rowing championships go off on Sunday at Lake Natoma in Gold River, California, the site of the Sacramento State Aquatic Center. No. 4 California looks for its third consecutive men’s conference title while second-ranked Stanford hunts for its third straight women’s championship. The Pac-12 championships return to Lake Natoma for the first time since 2021 after two years at Dexter Lake, Oregon. Lake Natoma previously hosted the Pac-12 championships from 2001-21. The Golden Bears and Washington dominated the men’s competition, with one of the two winning each year since 1990. On the women’s side, the Huskies enter Sunday with 15 team titles, most recently in 2021, as well as two of the three combined championships under the Pac-12’s format from 1994-96.

The competition begins prior to the telecast with men’s and women’s third varsity eights before the men’s varsity four race, with Washington, California, Oregon State and Stanford rowing. Seven women’s teams are at the championships. Besides the Cardinal, California, Washington, Oregon State, UCLA, Washington State and USC are in the field.
Women’s varsity four follows the men, with the men’s and women’s second varsity eight next. The final event of the championship features the men’s and women’s varsity eight competition.
