Alabama will look to bounce back from a tough loss on Friday night with a win against LSU in game two of their series on Saturday.

The No. 23 Alabama Crimson Tide will take on the No. 7 LSU Tigers for the second time in as many days as the teams continue their SEC series with game two on Saturday afternoon. After last night’s run-rule 8-0 loss, the Crimson Tide dropped to 27-14 overall and 4-6 in conference play which has them in the bottom half of the SEC standings. LSU held Alabama to just four hits which came from Alexis Pupillo with two and Abby Duchscherer and Lauren Johnson each had one on the night. Emily Winstead took the loss in the circle to drop to 7-3 on the season after giving up two earned runs in 0.2 innings of work. The team will be looking to Audrey Vandagriff on Saturday as she currently leads the team with a .450 batting average.
