Ligue 1 pace-setter Paris Saint-Germain makes the trip north to Clermont on Wednesday when it will take on fifth-tier outfit Espaly in the last 32 of the Coupe de France. Luis Enrique’s side is hoping to successfully defend its crown and just about squeezed into this stage of the competition after beating Lens on penalties in the last round, hoping for smoother sailing this time. Espaly was also pushed to spot-kicks in the last 64 and toppled Dijon at home, with the pressure off the Championnat National 3 outfit as it seeks goes up against the biggest club in the country.

It would be the biggest date in Espaly’s history if the club were to somehow oust the titleholder mid-week, with 82 places or so between the two clubs in France’s soccer system.
