    How to Watch 2025 Kids Choice Awards: Stream Live, TV Channel

    Tyla hosts the 2025 Kids Choice Awards featuring Wicked with eight nominations and a special recognition for Jack Black.

    The 2025 Kids Choice Awards sees the iconic celebration of pop culture and slime turn 38 alongside with a new generation. This year the ceremony adds new categories in Favorite Podcast and Favorite Kids’ Creator with all of the biggest and best categories returning. South African singer-songwriter Tyla hosts this year’s Kids Choice Awards from Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, California. Jack Black will be honored as the King of Comedy after stealing the show in recent years with The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Kung Fu Panda 4 and A Minecraft Movie. All of that with some signature Nickelodeon slime are what make the Kids Choice Awards one of the iconic award shows for the whole family.

    Wicked took the honor of the most nominations this year. The hit movie has eight nominations including Favorite Movie and multiple nominations for Favorite Actress, Favorite Villain and Favorite Song from a Movie. Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo are nominated together for song and against each other for Favorite Actress for Wicked.

    Also nominated for Favorite Movie this year are A Minecraft Movie, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, Captain America: Brave New World, Descendants: The Rise of Red, Paddington in Peru, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Thunderbolts*.

    The Kids Choice Awards honors television, music, sports, content creation, gaming and more. In the new Favorite Kids’ Creator category A for Adley, Danny Go!, Kids Diana Show, Ms. Rachel, Ryan Kaji/Ryan’s World, and Toys and Games are all up for the inaugural award.
