NBC will premiere an all-new drama on Monday night with Brilliant Minds in the 10 p.m. ET slot.
On Monday night, Zachary Quinto will play the lead role of Dr. Oliver Wolf in NBC’s new drama Brilliant Minds, which premieres at 10 p.m. ET. Dr. Wolf is an eccentric but incredibly gifted neurologist who suffers from a rare condition that gives him a unique perspective on care, further fueling his mission to change the way the world sees his patients. After his unusual methods result in his dismissal, he takes his unconventional approach to a new hospital where he will lead a team of bright young interns in tackling some of the world’s most puzzling psychological cases. With their help at Bronx General, he must also challenge his own personal and social limitations by navigating all the expectations, politics and complicated relationships that come with the job.

In the pilot episode on Monday night, Dr. Oliver Wolf accepts the job at Bronx General Hospital where he’s forced to work with a team of interns as they treat a mother who can no longer recognize her children.
This new show seems to combine the brains of Dr. Shaun Murphy from ABC’s The Good Doctor and Dr. Gregory House from the hit FOX show House to bring viewers Dr. Oliver Wolf. On Monday night, the show will introduce Quinto’s character as well as his interns. Tamberla Perry will play Carol Pierce, Aury Krebs will play Dana Dang, Teddy Sears will be Dr. Josh Nichols and the impressive Donna Murphy will take on the task of Dr. Muriel Landon. Murphy is no stranger to the small screen as she has played on shows such as Quantico, Gossip Girl and The Blacklist.
