FOX brings back the dating show Farmer Wants a Wife for a third season with the debut at 9 p.m. ET on Thursday. The reality series — based on the British show of the same name — sees four bachelor farmers court eight city women each. This season’s cast is filled with women ranging in age from 22 to 33 and working all kinds of jobs, from nannies to nurses and even a zoo employee. As for the bachelors, they hail from all over the U.S according to the shows description. Fox announced the names of the four farmers searching for their forever loves on January 17, 2025. First, there’s Matt Warren, a 30-year-old avocado and exotic fruit farmer from Morro Bay, California, where he has a 132-acre farm. He also has 70 acres of land in Visalia.

Next is John Sansone, 25, who works on a 170-acre soy, corn and wheat farm in St. Louis, Missouri. Along with his five siblings, John grew up learning everything there is to know about farming from his grandfather. “To this day, he feels incredibly lucky to be in the presence of such an incredible farmer on his great-grandfather’s land and dreams of making his family even prouder by finding a partner,” People reported.

Colton Hendricks, 28, is a cattle rancher and horse trainer on a 600-acre farm in Mena, Arkansas. He grew up working on a farm alongside his father and has learned the value of hard work, family and love. Though Colton knows what he wants from dating, he is a divorced dad of a 2-year-old son and has struggled to find someone who’s ready to be a stepmom.

Jay Woods, 25, works as a hay and cattle farmer on 515 acres of land in Florence, Alabama, although he knows he’s not perceived as a typical “cowboy.” However, Jay grew up on his grandfather’s horse farm spending time outdoors by farming, hunting, kayaking, fishing and more. He once dreamed of playing football at Duke University but was forced to change his plans due to an injury.
