CBS brings back the drama show Tracker on Sunday night at 8 p.m. ET for its Season 2 Winter Premiere. Justin Hartley stars as Colter Shaw, a trusted lone-wolf survivalist who, driven by the troubles of his past, uses his instincts to find the missing and collect rewards. Supported by lawyer Reenie Green, his business handler Velma Bruin and tech expert Bobby Exley, Colter will stop at nothing to get the job done according to the show’s description. The series is produced by 20th Television and was given a series order in December 2022, after initially being picked up for a pilot in July 2022. It was filmed in British Columbia, Canada, leveraging the scenic locales of the Vancouver metro area, and in Vancouver Film Studios. Winters and Hilary Weisman Graham served as showrunners.

In the last episode that was shown in December Colter is tasked with tracking down a man who seemingly died in a car accident months earlier; Colter catches a break in his white whale case.

In the new episode on Sunday night a new lead in Colter’s white whale case, the disappearance of Gina Picket, brings him and retired cop Keaton back together to track down a serial killer.

Though Tracker Season 1 consisted of 13 episodes, Season 2 will feature 22 episodes. Since eight episodes have already aired, that means fans still have 14 new episodes to look forward to before the sophomore season concludes according to yahoo.com.
