The United States looks to carry momentum from its first Pool 6 win into Sunday’s match against France.

Sunday’s matchup in Belgrade pits France (currently 9th in the table) against a United States squad (10th) that’s desperate to snap a streak of inconsistent performances. Earlier in May, France played to a 3-0 victory over the USA and the Americans will be out for vengeance to right its sinking ship. Since that win the U.S. has expanded and evolved its roster under new coach Erik Sullivan and the team hopes to bring new energy to Sunday’s match.

Under the new leadership, momentum is building for the Americans.
