Boston College struck first winning 3-0 but Northeastern got revenge the next day getting the 4-2 win. This game will decide who wins the season series.

Northeastern is trying to avoid losing three in a row tonight after coming off a 3-1 loss to No. 6 Maine on Friday. Before losing back-to-back, the Huskies had won three in a row. The game started in a scoreless tie in the first period but Maine got on the board first with a short-handed goal. But Northeastern bounced back quickly tying the game five minutes into the second period with a goal by sophomore Eli Sebastian. But that is all of the offense the Huskies could muster and will need to ramp it up if they are going to win this series tonight.
