They lost to the hometown tournament team 3-7 in Tempe, Arizona. Mitch Deelstra scored two goals in the loss, and Michael Craig scored the third goal for the team and the final goal of the game. They lost the next game as well against UMass in an 8-0 shutout. Walter Zacher and Tanner Klimpke lead the team in total points with 17 points on the season. Zacher has 11 goals and six assists while Klimpke has seven goals and 10 assists.

The Holy Cross Crusaders are 8-11-1 overall this season and 7-4-1 against conference opponents. They are 5-4-0 at home and 3-5-1 on the road. They also played in a tournament last week going to Palm Springs, California, to take the ice in the Coachella Valley Cactus Cup. They lost the first game in overtime against Omaha 3-4.

Matthew Kursonis, Matt DeBoer, and Timothy Heinke scored the three goals in the loss. In the second game against Michigan Tech, they lost by the same, 3-4 in overtime. Jack Stockfish scored twice in the loss with Heinke scoring the third goal. Liam McLinskey leads the team in points this season with 18 on 10 goals and eight assists this season.
