That’s because the Hawks currently have 10 players in health and safety protocols, including John Collins, Danilo Gallinari, Kevin Huerter and Trae Young.

Atlanta has been busy signing replacement players, adding Cat Barber, Malik Ellison and Chaundee Brown since Saturday.

The Hawks lost 101-87 to the Knicks on Christmas, with Delon Wright scoring 20 points. Expect to see a lot of Wright, as well as extended minutes for Gorgui Dieng and Skylar Mays on Monday.

Update: Wright has been added to the health and safety protocols, leaving the Hawks with no point guard for tonight’s game.

As for the Bulls, the team will be without Lonzo Ball but will have most of its key players, though head coach Billy Donovan is in the protocols.

Chicago is on a three-game winning streak, with a 113-105 win over the Pacers in the team’s most recent game. Zach LaVine scored 32 points on 12-for-18 shooting in the win, while Nikola Vucevic had 16 points and 15 boards.

This is the first of four meetings between these teams this season. The next game will be Wednesday in Chicago.

Regional restrictions may apply.
