Clemson looks to clinch a series win on Saturday when it takes on Notre Dame in ACC action. The Tigers won their fourth straight game on Friday when they beat the Fighting Irish 7-3. It didn’t come easy as they were down 3-0 after two innings and went into the eighth inning down 3-1. They would score four in the top of the inning and then two more in the ninth to get the win. The win moved them to 26-3 overall and 8-2 in the ACC. They have already won series against both Duke and Miami and are looking to do the same thing with a win on Saturday.

The Fighting Irish, though, are looking to keep that from happening as they try and even the series at home.
They have been struggling lately as they have lost five straight and it has dropped them to 2-11 in the ACC.
They have now fallen to 14-13 overall and are needing to get a win on Saturday to avoid dropping back to .500 on the season.
The Fighting Irish did pick up a series win over Miami, but have been swept by NC State, Florida State and Virginia Tech.
