Notre Dame puts its eight-match winning streak on the line on Friday afternoon when it takes on Virginia in the semifinals of the Men’s ACC Lacrosse Tournament. The Fighting Irish have been one of the best teams in the conference and country this year and are looking to pick up a tournament title this weekend. First up is a match against a Cavaliers team on Saturday. They did trail the Cavaliers by two goals at halftime, but tied it heading into the fourth and then did it again in the fourth quarter to get the win. It was a battle for the Fighting Irish and one they will look to win again on Friday.

They have been competitive in each of their losses and are looking to snap a three-match losing streak and pick up the upset win on Friday.
