The Cubs host the Dodgers on Sunday afternoon looking to get a big series win
The Chicago Cubs battle the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday afternoon in the finale of their three-game series. The Cubs won their fifth straight game on Friday when they won the opener 9-7, but couldn’t get their bats going on Saturday and lost 4-1 in the second game of the series. They were able to hold the Dodgers under five runs for the first time this season, but they couldn’t take advantage of having the bases loaded in each of the first two innings. The Cubs will now look to get back in the win column as they send rookie Shota Imanaga to the mound. Imanaga was great in his first MLB start on Monday when he went six innings to get the win. He gave up no runs while striking out nine and giving up just two hits.

The Dodgers will look to deal Imanaga his first loss as they try and clinch their third straight series win.
The Dodgers had their four-game winning streak snapped in the opener, but with the win on Saturday, they are now 8-3.
Sunday they will turn to Gavin Stone on the mound. Stone went five innings in his first start of the season against the St. Louis Cardinals. He gave up three runs on seven hits as the Dodgers picked up a 5-4 win last Sunday.
