North Carolina takes on Georgia Tech in the finale of their three-game series on Sunday afternoon. The Tar Heels are looking to finish off the series with a big home win and get another conference victory. They swept Pitt in their first conference series two weeks ago but lost two of three to Miami last weekend. They won the finale of that series to avoid a sweep and then they whipped UNC Wilmington 11-0 on Tuesday. They made it three in a row when they won the opener over the Yellow Jackets 5-4 on Friday night. They trailed 2-0 early in that game but scored five combined runs in the third and fourth to take control of the games and get the win.

The Yellow Jackets struggled on offense in the opener and will be looking to be much better in the finale on Sunday afternoon.
The Yellow Jackets got off to a hot start in conference play as they swept No. 13 NC State last weekend. They scored 31 combined runs in those three games and looked great against a very good Wolfpack team.
The sweep over the Wolfpack was part of a nine-game winning streak that was snapped in the opener to the Tar Heels.
