The Phillies have taken the first three games of the series and have now won five in a row. They have been red-hot since starting the season 8-8 as they have won 16 of their last 19 games to move to 24-11. Monday they will look to stay hot when they send Zack Wheeler to the mound. The Giants will counter with Mason Black as they try and avoid a sweep and salvage one win from the series.
Black will be making his MLB debut on Monday and the Giants are hoping he can provide a spark to get them back in the win column.
The Giants come into Monday having lost three in a row and five of their last six to drop to 15-20 on the season. It has not been a good stretch for the Giants as they continue their long 10-game road trip. They will head to Colorado after this game to take on the Rockies in a three-game set.
