Cincinnati will start exactly who it needs in Nick Lodolo who is 3-0 with a 1.88 ERA. The Orioles will counter with Dean Kremer. The righty is 2-2 with a 4.19 ERA and had a bounce-back game in his last start going seven innings and only giving up two runs against the New York Yankees.
