They also won the first two games and lost yesterday by a score of 10-3. St. Louis’s start offensive talent has been second baseman Nolan Gorman. He has two home runs and seven RBIs hitting .222 this season.

Philadelphia will head to the mound starting Spencer Turnbull. The ex-Detroit Tiger has started one game this season for the team already and picked up a 4-2 win against the Cincinnati Reds. The right-hander went 5.0 scoreless innings giving up three hits with seven strikeouts on a total of 83 pitches in an elite performance.
St. Louis will match starting pitchers with Miles Mikolas. Also a right-hander, Mikolas will be making his third start of the season. After starting a game against the Los Angeles Dodgers in March, he made a start on the road against the San Diego Padres in April.
