Philadelphia star Bryce Harper still seeks his first hit of the season, starting the year 0-for-11 with five strikeouts as he adjusts to full-time duty at first base. The Phillies are last in the National League with 12 runs scored through four games.

Christopher Sánchez struck out eight in five innings before failing to get an out in the sixth and losing the lead.
Right-hander Spencer Turnbull takes the ball for Philadelphia on Tuesday. He was 1-4 in seven starts for the Detroit Tigers last season, posting a 7.26 ERA and 1.677 WHIP in 31 innings. Right-hander Graham Ashcraft made 26 starts for the Reds in 2023, going 7-9 with a 4.76 ERA and 1.373 WHIP in 145.2 innings.
