Wyatt Worthington II is still in the lead as the second round finishes and the third round commences on Tuesday.
The PGA Professional Championship will finish off the second round that was suspended due to darkness and attempt to complete round three here on Tuesday at the Fields Ranch East and West golf courses in Frisco, Texas. As of suspended play, Wyatt Worthington II from Reynoldsburg, Ohio, was still in the lead of the pack despite only getting four holes into his second round. Ben Pollard of Jackson, Wyoming, follows him after shooting a 68 and 71 in the first two rounds. He is tied with Jared Jones from Houston, Texas who shot a 69 in the first round and a 70 in the second round. The next four golfers are all tied at No. 4 on the leaderboard. Stephanie Connelly-Eiswerth, Fleming Island, Florida, fell two spots as did Hayes Farley from Ponte Vedra, Florida. The other two that are tied at No. 4 include Zac Oakley from King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, who is up 13 spots from the first round, and Danny Balin of Lake Success, New York, who is up 23 spots from the previous round.

Those four golfers are just one stroke behind the golfers who are tied at No. 2. There are also four other golfers tied at No. 8 on the leaderboard that round out the top 10 on the scorecard also just one stroke behind those that are tied at No. 4. It is really anyone’s game as the tournament heads into another round.
Those that did not finish the previous round teed off first this morning. After they finish the respective rounds, the full set of golfers will begin the next round and attempt to avoid shutting down round three in the middle of the round as well after it happened in both the first rounds.
