The Beavers are 36-12 overall this season with a 14-9 record against teams in the same conference as UCLA. They have won three of their last four games heading into the series last Friday. They took down Washington State two games to one in last weekend’s series and beat Gonzaga 20-13 on the road earlier this week.
Jacob Kmatz and Eric Segura have been the most dominant pitchers on the team this season. Kmatz is 5-2 with a 3.26 ERA. He has 66 strikeouts, which is a team-high, with 24 earned runs in 66.1 innings. Segura is 5-1 with a 5.11 ERA allowing 32 earned runs in 56.1 innings with 60 total strikeouts on the season.
