Oregon State and UCLA will wrap up a three-game series on Sunday in Corvallis.
On Sunday afternoon, unranked Oregon State will host No. 12 UCLA in the final game of the teams’ Pac-12 series at Kelly Field. The Beavers come into Sunday’s game with an overall record of 15-21 and a conference record of 3-8 which puts them in ninth place in the Pac-12 standings. The team is on a five-game losing streak with the most recent being yesterday’s 5-2 loss to the Bruins. Page Doerr led the team at the plate, going 2-for-3 while Tiara Westbrook was responsible for the team’s runs with a two-run homer in the fifth. Ellie Garcia pitched a complete game to move to 5-6 on the season after taking the loss.

Yesterday’s 5-2 victory extended the team’s win streak to five games and the Bruins will look to keep that rolling today. Kaitlyn Terry remains undefeated in the circle this season after pitching seven innings on Saturday and striking out three batters. Sharlize Palacios went 3-for-3 at the plate to pace the offense. Jadelyn Allchin and Seneca Curo each hit home runs in the game, earning one RBI apiece.
