On Saturday afternoon, Brown will look to pull off the ultimate upset when the team hosts No. 11 Yale in an Ivy League matchup at Stevenson-Pincince Field in Providence, Rhode Island. The Bears have struggled this season and come into Saturday’s conference game with an overall record of 1-7 and a conference record of 0-1 so far. The team’s most recent game was played against Villanova to close out non-conference play and resulted in a 9-5 loss. Ben Locke scored two goals for Brown and Jackson Wolfram, Charlie Cave and Matteo Corsi each added one to the scoreboard. Connor Theriault was credited with the loss in net after allowing nine goals and making 12 saves.

The Bulldogs are currently in third place in the Ivy League standings with an overall record of 5-2 and a conference record of 1-1. On Tuesday, the team hosted Le Moyne and played to a big 21-10 victory in front of a home crowd. The team spread the scoring around and had 15 different players score in the win, led by Max Krevsky and Matt Brandau who each finished the game with three goals. The team used three different goalies, but Jared Paquette got the win after playing for 40 minutes and allowing six goals while making four saves.
The last time Yale and Brown met resulted in a 16-10 win for the Bulldogs at home last season.
