The Dubai Capitals and Desert Vipers meet for a 4th time to decide the championship of International League T20
The Dubai Capitals (7-4) won each of their first three matches against the Desert Vipers (8-4) and the top two finishers in the league stage will square off once more in the International League T20 Season 3 cricket final at Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on Sunday. The Capitals got to the final with a five-wicket win over the Vipers in Qualifier 1 in Dubai on Wednesday, with Desert advancing with a victory in Qualifier 2 on Friday. Regardless of the outcome, the league will have its third different champion in its three years of existence.

Alex Hales scored 47 runs on 29 balls to earn Player of the Match honors in the Vipers seven-wicket win over the Sharjah Warriors in Friday’s Qualifier 2 match. After winning the toss and opting to field, Desert easily chased down the Warriors for a 165/3-162/7 victory. Max Holden scored 48 on 34 and captain Sam Curran ended the match with a straight boundary past the bowler.
Dubai earned a five-wicket win over the Vipers in Qualifier 1 on Wednesday, 193/5-189/7, after winning the toss and choosing to field first. Gulbadin Naib scored 62 on 39 after taking two wickets in the first inning to earn Player of the March honors while Adam Rossington put up 44 on 31.
The Capitals had earlier beaten the Vipers by six wickets, 140/4-139, in Dubai on Jan. 20 and closed the league-stage schedule with a nine-wicket win, 138/1-137, in Abu Dhabi on Monday.
