The Titans host the last-place Chennai Super Kings (3-10, 6 points) at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. A Gujarat victory only gives the Titans the top spot in the league table and a place in Qualifier 1 on Thursday at New PCA Stadium in Chandigarh against the second-place club, with three teams still vying for that spot.

Shivam Dube is the leading batter for Chennai with 340 runs while Ravindra Jadeja has 280. Noor Ahmad shares the IPL lead of 21 wickets while Anshul Kamboj boasts an 8.36 economy rate.
