The Delhi Capitals can jump to the top of the table with a win on Tuesday over the visiting Kolkata Knight Riders.
It’s been a reversal of fortunes for the Delhi Capitals (6-3-0, 12 points) and Kolkata Knight Riders (3-5-1, 7 points) in the 2025 Indian Premier League tournament. The defending champion Knight Riders visit Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on Tuesday in seventh place after winning the league stage and playoffs in 2024. The Capitals, meanwhile, finished sixth a season ago but are on target for their first playoff bid since 2021 as they enter Tuesday in fourth place. They can jump to the top of the table with a significant win or into second place if the margin is smaller.
