Following a win in the quarterfinals to reach Thursday night’s semifinals at the LA Coliseum, No. 2 seed USC hosts No. 3 seed Colorado in the Pac-12 Championship. After winning two straight games to wrap up the regular season, the Trojans enter postseason play with a 12-4 overall record and a 6-1 mark in conference play. USC had a bye in the first round of the Pac-12 Tournament. Colorado, on the other hand, improved to 12-5 on the year with a win over UC Davis in the quarterfinals. Earlier this season, the Trojans rolled to a 15-6 win over the Buffs in late April.

Most recently, Colorado outlasted UC Davis in a 13-10 victory to advance to the semifinals on Wednesday night. Madeline Pisani had a career-high nine points with six goals and three assists in the win.
As for the Trojans, USC secured a bye in the Pac-12 Tournament with a 21-9 victory over San Diego State to end the regular season. The 21 goals were a season-high for the Trojans, who were led by an eight-point performance from Isabelle Vitale. Vitale scored six goals and also assisted on two more Trojan goals in the win.
