The Kings played the Heat in their first game. Two major first-round picks were on display — Miami’s Nikola Jovič and Sacramento’s Keegan Murray. Murray played 30 minutes and ended with nine points, nine rebounds, and two assists.

In his first game previously against the Warriors, Murray put together a 26-point, eight-rebound performance. He hit 10/13 from the field and 4/5 from behind the arc.

The Lakers beat the Warriors in their last game and won 100-77 inside Golden State’s home arena. Undrafted free-agent Scottie Pippen, Jr. exploded for Los Angeles with 15 points, one rebound, and eight assists without a single turnover in the game.

Golden State’s draft pick Patrick Baldwin Jr. did not play in the game.
