Reigning champion Nelly Korda looks to repeat as the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship tees off this morning.
The LPGA Tour will continue onto its next event, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. This tournament will occur at the Congressional Blue Course at the Congressional Country Club in Potomac, Maryland.
The leaders of this event will split a purse of $9 million after the LPGA announced they were doubling the purse a couple of days ago.

In 2021, Nelly Korda walked away with the trophy and $675,000. She shot 19-under-par after hitting a 63 in round two. She was followed by Lizette Salas, who shot 16-under-par. Two golfers tied at No. 3, shooting 10-under-par.
Ashley Grier, Lauren Coughlin, and Brianna Do teed off first at 7 a.m. ET to lead off the tournament. They were followed by Peiyun Chien, Kaitlyn Papp, and Marissa Steen at 7:05 a.m. ET.
