After the resurgent Braves took the first game of the series on Tuesday night, Atlanta looks to earn a series victory over the division rival Phillies at Citizens Bank Park on Wednesday night.
Atlanta has played its way back into the NL East race with a tremendous record in June and are now four games back of the Mets for first place in the division with a 43-32 record. Philadelphia, on the other hand, is eight games back of the Mets with a 39-36 record.

The Braves and Phillies went back and forth in game one of the three-game series at Citizens Bank Park on Tuesday night. Ultimately, Atlanta’s Matt Olson homered for the second time in the top of the eighth inning to give the Braves a one-run lead. Adam Duvall added an insurance run in the ninth inning to give the Braves a 5-3 victory.
Atlanta will now send starter Kyle Wright to the mound against Philadelphia’s Ranger Suarez with the Braves looking to win the three-game series on Wednesday night.
