The St. Louis Cardinals begin a seven-game road trip on Thursday night when they take on the division-rival Milwaukee Brewers. The Cardinals come into Thursday on a four-game losing streak and losers of six of their last seven games. They lost the last two of their series with the Chicago White Sox and then lost two in a row to the New York Mets. They had their game on Wednesday rained out. They now sit at 15-21 on the season and in last place in the NL Central. Thursday they will look to snap out of their funk when they send Sony Gray to the mound. Gray comes into the game 4-1 with a 0.89 ERA. He has been great for the Cardinals and they have won four of his five starts this season.

The Brewers will counter with Tobias Myers as they try and extend the Cardinals’ losing streak.
Myers has struggled this year and is still looking for his first win of the season. He is 0-2 with a 6.23 ERA. He will be making just his fourth start of the year and the Brewers are 0-3 with him on the mound.
The Brewers, as a team, have also been struggling as they have lost four of their last five games and have dropped two straight series.
