The Cubs will counter with Jordan Wicks as they look to avoid the three-game sweep. Wicks will be making his eighth career start and he comes in with a career record of 4-1 with a 4.41 ERA.
Wicks threw well for the Cubs at the end of last season and is looking to carry on that success into this season.
The Cubs managed just five hits on Saturday in the loss, one of which was Dansby Swanson’s first home run of the year. It is the Cubs only home run so far this season.
