The Athletics continue their six-game road trip on Friday night when they visit the Milwaukee Brewers. The Athletics are coming off a three-game sweep of the Chicago White Sox and it has pushed their record to 9-10 on the season. Friday they will be looking to get back to .500 for the first time since March 2 when they were 2-2. Friday they will start J.T. Ginn in their first game in Milwaukee. Ginn comes into Friday 1-0 with a 1.69 ERA. He will be making just his second career start. He went five and a third innings on Saturday in a 5-1 win over the New York Mets. He looked great in his MLB debut as he gave up just one run on five hits. He struck out six and walked just two. The Athletics are hoping he could do much of the same on Friday as they try and pick up a fourth straight win.

The Brewers, though, are looking to be spoilers and hand Ginn his first Major League loss as they try and take control of the series.
The Brewers come into Friday on a two-game winning streak after they took a series from the Detroit Tigers at home. They had dropped three in a row, but they were able to hold the Tigers to just one total run in the last two games to get wins in both.
The Brewers will turn to Freddy Peralta on the mound in the opener on Friday. Peralta comes into Friday 1-1 with a 2.31 ERA.
He has pitched well this year as he has yet to give up more than two runs and has given up one twice. In his last start he gave up two runs in five and third inning, but the Brewers still lost 5-2 to the Arizona Diamondbacks.
