Osvaldo Bido put up a quality start to earn the win for the Athletics going five innings while only giving up three hits and only one earned run. Seattle went 1 for 10 with runners in scoring position and left nine on base for the game. The Mariners have struck out 32 times in these first three games with 12 alone coming on Saturday.

Bryan Woo will get the start for the home team today. The righty had a great season last year going 9-3 with a 2.89 ERA in 121.1 innings pitched in his second big league season. The Athletics will counter with lefty JP Sears who was 11-13 in 2024 with a 4.38 ERA eating up 180.2 innings.
