In the nightcap the Blue Jays will start Chris Bassitt on the mound. He has pitched well this season and comes into Sunday 2-1 with a 1.88 ERA. Despite his low ERA, the Blue Jays are just 2-3 with him on the mound this season.

The Yankees have won all five of his starts and he has given up two of fewer runs in each of his last four outings.

In the second game of the doubleheader they will start Clarke Schmidt on the mound. Schmidt is still searching for his first win as he comes into Sunday 0-1 with a 7.45 ERA.

With the loss on Friday the Yankees have now dropped three of their last four games and they are now 15-11 on the season.

They still sit in first place in the AL East and are a game and a half up on the Boston Red Sox for the top spot.
