The Arizona Diamondbacks host the Milwaukee Brewers for a three-game series starting Friday night. Watch for free on Fubo.

The Arizona Diamondbacks go for their third win in a row when they host the Milwaukee Brewers for this weekend series starting Friday night. The Diamondbacks had lost three games in a row before they pulled out a series win against the Baltimore Orioles. The Brewers were coming off a series win against the Colorado Rockies but lost the finale to miss out on the sweep. Both come into this game with a 7-6 record so we should have a pretty even matchup this weekend. The Diamondbacks will have the advantage with the line tonight sitting at -155.

Arizona is coming off a huge 9-0 win in the rubber match to win the series against Baltimore on Wednesday. The Orioles really weren’t in the game much at all only collecting four hits. Brandon Pfaadt was tremendous on the mound going six shutout innings to improve to 2-1. Corbin Carroll homered for the second straight game in the third inning and Pavin Smith hit a two-run homer in the fifth that effectively put this complete team game away. The D’Backs will start Eduardo Rodriguez in the opener against Milwaukee. He is 0-1 and was tagged with the loss in his last start against the Washington Nationals giving up four runs in five innings.

The Brewers nearly got a sweep against the Rockies but lost 7-2 on Thursday afternoon. That score doesn’t seem close but the series finale was tied 2-2 in the eighth but Colorado scored five in the bottom of the inning. This game came after Game 2 where Milwaukee won 17-2 to win the series. The Brewers used most of their offense in that game because they only mustered four hits on Thursday. The Brewers have yet to decide a starter for this series opener on Friday.
