Arizona is 3-2 on its six-game homestand while Milwaukee is 3-2 as it wraps up a six-game road trip on Sunday and has won eight of 11 since an 0-4 start.

Lourdes Gurriel Jr.’s sacrifice fly capped a five-run ninth-inning rally by the Diamondbacks in their 5-4 victory on Saturday. Alek Thomas got Arizona on the board with an RBI triple before Corbin Carroll’s two-run double and Jake McCarthy’s run-scoring single. Ryne Nelson allowed a run in three innings of relief and got his first win. Carroll is slashing .322/.412/.695 with five homers and 10 RBI. Geraldo Perdomo leads the team with 13 RBI and five of Eugenio Suárez’s eight hits so far have left the park.

The Brewers scored twice in the second and added single runs in the sixth and ninth, with Jackson Chourio continuing his torrid hitting with a solo homer in the sixth. Chourio is off to a .313/.309/.657 at the dish with five home runs and 17 RBI in 15 games.

Peralta fanned six and allowed a run on three hits in a win over the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday.
