Hayden Birdsong picked up the win, pitching three scoreless innings with four strikeouts in relief. Wilmer Flores had a solo home run on a 2-for-3 night. Patrick Bailey also had two RBIs on his only hit of the night.

Jose Quintana picked up his third win of the season to stay undefeated, allowing one earned run with three strikeouts in six innings. Christian Yelich had a home run with four RBIs and two runs on two hits in the win. Jake Bauers also had a home run and two RBIs with two runs on three hits.

One of Milwaukee’s best starting pitchers will get the nod in this third game, as Freddy Peralta takes the mound. The right-hander is 2-1 in his 2025 campaign with a 1.91 ERA and a 1.02 WHIP. He has 33 strikeouts in 28.1 innings. He took down the Athletics in a dominant last performance, pitching five scoreless innings, allowing seven hits with five strikeouts.

Taking the mound for San Francisco is starting pitcher Logan Webb. The right-hander is 2-1 this season with a 2.40 ERA and 38 strikeouts in 30 innings. Webb allowed just one run in his last start that ended in a 2-0 loss to the Los Angeles Angels. He gave up four hits with a massive 12 strikeouts as well.
