The Rangers look to make it four wins in a row on Sunday with a victory over the visiting White Sox in the series finale.

In the final game of a three game series, the Texas Rangers will look to complete the sweep over the visiting Chicago White Sox at Globe Life Field. The Rangers have won the first two games of the series with Saturday night’s being a tight 5-4 victory. The game came down to the wire, but Adolis GarcÍa took matters into his own hands in the 11th inning, hitting a walk-off single to give his team the win. Starting on the mound for the Rangers was Jacob deGrom, who went six innings, allowing five hits, two earned runs and striking out six batters. Jacob Latz came in to close in the 10th inning and struck out three batters in two full innings of work.

Earning the loss for the White Sox was Tyler Alexander after pitching three innings. Alexander threw some heat, but ended up giving up the winning run after striking out three batters. Mike Vasil got the start for Chicago and went four innings before being relieved. He threw four strikeouts and gave up just two hits. Kyle Teel opened the scoring for the Sox in the fourth inning with a sac fly to make it a 1-0 game and Luis Robert Jr. extended that lead to 2-0 with an RBI single, also in the fourth. The Rangers were able to get one back in the bottom of the fifth inning and took the lead in the seventh. For the next two innings, the teams traded runs leaving the score tied at four at the end of nine to extend the game.

Aaron Civale will get the start on the mound for Chicago on Sunday while the Rangers will look to Kumar Rocker. Tune in Sunday afternoon as the Rangers try to extend their win streak to four games.
