The Cubs look to snap a two-game losing streak when they visit the Pirates on Tuesday night

The Chicago Cubs begin a six-game road trip on Tuesday night against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Cubs come into Tuesday on a two-game losing streak after dropping the last two games of their series with the Philadephia Phillies. The back-to-back losses dropped them to 17-12 on the season, but they still sit in first place in the NL Central. Tuesday’s game with the Pirates will be the first this season for the Cubs against a division opponent. The series with the Phillies was the first against a team not from the NL or AL West. It has been a tough start to the season for the Cubs, but it should get easier. Tuesday they will send Shota Imanaga to the mound as they try and open the series with a win. Imanaga comes into Tuesday 2-1 with a 3.18 ERA. In his last start he gave up five runs on seven hits in five and two-thirds innings.
