The Toronto Blue Jays look to snap a two-game losing streak on Monday night when they host the Seattle Mariners.
The Toronto Blue Jays play their home opener on Monday night when the Seattle Mariners come to town. The Blue Jays started their season with a long 10-game road trip in which they went 4-6. They split their first series with the Tampa Bay Rays and then lost two of three to both the Houston Astros and New York Yankees. They did shut out the Yankees in the opener of that series but lost the last two on Saturday and Sunday. Monday they will look to turn things around as they send Jose Berrios to the mound. Berrios will be making his third start of the season and he comes into the game 1-0 with a 2.25 ERA.
