Meanwhile, the Braves are coming off of a three-game series against the Rockies over the weekend in Atlanta. In Game 1, the Braves came away with a 12-4 victory over Colorado on Friday at Truist Park.

Matt Olson scored three runs to help secure the big win at home. Bryce Elder started on the mound and gave up all four of the Rockies’ runs in his 3.1 innings in the game.

Then, Atlanta took a 4-1 victory over Colorado on Saturday at Truist Park, thanks to three runs from Ronald Acuña Jr. Spencer Strider struck out 13 batters for the Braves to help secure the win at home in the second game of the series.
